Approximate dumpster dimensions are 12' x 7' x 3'. The weight limit on this dumpster is .75 tons. The weight limit on this dumpster is 1.5 tons. If the debris in the dumpster weighs more than the allotted weight limit the customer agrees and authorizes Montella, Inc. to bill customer credit card for additional charges as appropriate $170 per ton pro-rated. The dumpster rental is for 14 days, that includes the day the dumpster is delivered, and the weekend. It is the customer's responsibility to call to schedule the pick-up once they are finished with the dumpster. If the customer doesn't notify the office on or before the 14th day, the customer will incur charges of $15 + tax per day it goes over, weekends included. Montella is not liable for any property damage or driveway damage; customers can provide wood for the dumpster to be placed on. If the dumpster is cancelled on the day of delivery there is a same day cancellation fee. The dumpster cannot be placed on the street without a street permit through the town/ municipality. The dumpster is picked up 1-7 business days after notifying the office. By ordering this dumpster, the customer acknowledges they have read and agree to the terms of service.
