Dumpster Specifications:
Size: Approx. 10 cubic yards
(Approximate dimensions: 12' L x 8' W x 3.5' H)

Weight Limit: No weight limit (flat fee applies)
Fill Restriction: Do not exceed the "Do Not Fill Past" line
Break down concrete to 2x2x2 pieces

Allowed Material:
Only clean concrete and block debris. 
NOTE: Additional upcharge for red pavers and red brick 
Prohibited: No dirt No Asphalt or other materials

Rental Period & Fees:
14 Calendar days included
$15/day charged after day 14 until pickup is requested

Same-day cancellation fee applies if canceled on delivery day

Placement & Liability:
Street Placement: Requires a permit from the town/municipality.
Cones placed on both sides of the dumpster,
Wood Required Under Dumpster:
Customers must place wood under the dumpster to protect any damage to the street
Wood Supplied by Customer:
The customer is responsible for providing the wood.
Optional Supply by Montella:
If the customer does not supply wood for street placement, Montella will provide it at an additional charge.

Liability Disclaimer:
Montella is not liable for any damage to property or driveway, even with wood placement.

Pickup Process:
Dumpster will be picked up 1–7 business days after customer notifies Montella for pickup
