If the trash in the dumpster weighs more than allowable limit the customer agrees and authorizes Montella, Inc. to bill customer credit card for additional charges as appropriate $97 per ton. The dumpster rental is for 2 weeks. Additional days over 2 week period will be billed at $5.00 per day till picked up.
